Forum Rezept gesucht für : Mandeleis

hat jemand vielleicht ein Rezept für Mandeleis ?

Mmhm, Mandeleis klingt gut.

Ein Rezept habe ich nicht, aber spontan viel mir ein:

Vanilleeis mit etwas Amaretto (gibt es auch ohne Prozente)

dazu Karamellsoße und als Crunch gebrannte Mandeln........

....das Ganze etwas verstrudeln.....

Könnte ich mir  gut vorstellen.
